Submitting an estimate request doesn't create any obligation for you or for us. We aren't committed to a price, schedule, or scope of work until we've seen your project and we've both agreed to it in writing.

Any work we do is governed by the written estimate or agreement for that job, including its price, scope, schedule, payment terms, and any workmanship guarantee. If anything on this website differs from your written agreement, the written agreement controls.

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but descriptions of our services, typical timelines, service areas, and general painting guidance are provided as-is and may change. Every home is different, so what's right for your project is something we'll confirm during your estimate.

Some images and video on this site show our own work. Others, including some background footage, are licensed stock media used for illustration and don't depict our projects. Results vary with each home's surfaces, condition, and the products chosen.

When using this website, please don't:

• Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information through our forms
• Send spam, automated submissions, or harmful code
• Try to disrupt the site or access parts of it you aren't meant to
• Copy or reuse our content in a way that violates section 6

The text, logo, design, and our own photos on this website belong to Ultimate Painting or are used with permission. Licensed stock media belongs to its owners. You're welcome to view and share links to our pages, but please don't copy or republish our content for commercial use without our written permission.
